We Don't Hide Our Pricing

ToolTrack

Less Than 50% of Typical MES or LIMS Costs

Our (Awesome) Pricing Explained

From day one, you're working with senior system architects who bring decades of high-tech manufacturing experience and know ToolTrack inside and out. No commission-hungry salespeople, no runaround. That's how we keep prices low.

We post our pricing on the home page because we're proud of it. Most MES & LIMS vendors won't — they'd rather stay vague while the sales team oversells you features you don't need.

If ToolTrack isn't the right fit, we'll tell you. We'd rather you find the right solution than close a deal that doesn't work.

The numbers don't lie.

After an intro demo, we'll provide free access to the same ToolTrack system you just saw, to explore at your own pace. No salespeople hovering. When you're ready to talk implementation specifics or see a deeper demo with your team, we're here. You'll know exactly what you're getting before you commit.

Every deployment has two phases: Implementation and Subscription. Before we kick off, we meet with your stakeholders (via web or on-site) to scope any customizations needed, which can affect the implementation cost. Typical Implementation fee: ~$35K, including a moderate amount of customization.

  • Once scope is defined, we deliver a clear proposal covering customizations, pricing, and timeline. No surprises.

  • Once the proposal is approved, we'll ask for 50% of the Implementation fee to get started.

  • Only when the Implementation is complete and fully validated by the customer, the remaining 50% of the Implementation fee is paid.

  • You're live. Subscription starts, and we stay close — especially through those first critical weeks.

  • The subscription is month-to-month (annual payment earns a modest discount) and scales with the Implementation size. It always includes unlimited users, transactions, and regular enhancement requests so ToolTrack can evolve as your processes change and mature. Typical cost: $2,750/month. We don't charge more as you grow.
